Due to the state of today’s economy, it is difficult to come up with a lot of expendable income. Even when the economy is good, one of the last things that you probably want to spend money on is your uniform for work. Whether you like it or not, you will still need to conform to a certain style and unfortunately that doesn’t always come cheap whenever you work in the medical profession. Before the change in the economy, in the past many companies would pay for a certain number of scrubs per year for their employees. Now, most companies are foregoing this added expense thanks to current economic conditions. This is especially unfortunate for those who are just getting started in this field because the number of uniforms plus any medical equipment necessary can add up fast.
