So many nurses who are expected to give so much their shift are coming on their shift fatigued. Combine that with the demands of being a nurse in a hospital, doctor’s office, or other medical facility, it is easy to see why compassion fatigue is common with those in the nursing field. Even with all the rewards of being a nurse and the good that nurses do, it doesn’t always balance out for nurses and they become burnt out and suffer from compassion fatigue.

Of course, this may sound humorous because we know that there is a lot more to cheerleading than just the uniform. After all, cheerleaders are part of their school and cheerleading uniform identifies them as members of the schools cheerleading squad. For this reason, the cheerleading uniform is an important part of what makes the cheerleader shine and be able to keep the crowd’s attention. With this in mind, it is important to look at the various options that are available whenever you are trying to choose the perfect cheerleading uniform. As schools cutback, sports programs often suffer, including the cheerleading program. Schools are expecting their groups like cheerleaders to get their own uniforms. This can be challenging for the school administration and for the parents.
