After a long summer of high uncomfortable temperatures and staying indoors with the air conditioner running, winter means returning to enjoying the outdoors again. In the southern states, uniform shorts keep selling in the winter. Even in colder climates, there are those who will buy shorts. Some work environments are warm or even hot and these workers want comfort. Students that live in the southern states may wear shorts year round for their school uniforms.
